Resources for Healing
Healing doesn’t only happen in the therapy room. These resources offer education and support for individuals, parents, and families navigating betrayal.
Intentional Parenting After Betrayal
A self-paced course for parents raising children of any age through the aftermath of betrayal, whether the betrayal was your own or your co-parent’s.
Across five video lessons, you’ll learn how betrayal impacts the whole family, what developmentally appropriate disclosure looks like at each age and stage, how to rebuild safety at home, and how to move from survival mode into intentional, connected parenting. The course includes handouts for each lesson and a bonus guide with age-by-age language for talking to your children.
This course is an educational resource offered through Morgan Ellsworth Coaching & Wellness and is separate from therapy services at Ellsworth Family Therapy.
Healing Betrayed Families Podcast
